& Ellis Company. The current growing team of 25 handle sales, leasing, investment
and property management, covering the areas of both commercial and residential real
estate. Grubb & Ellis|CBI, Inc. advisors specialize in retail, office, hospitality,
single-family residential, multifamily residential and industrial properties throughout
the Hawaiian Islands. Grubb & Ellis|CBI, Inc.' extensive nationwide coverage coupled
with its information platform and vast databases and communication tools, enables
us to be more responsive to the needs of our clients. Providing the highest level

COMPANY HISTORY
CBI is an acronym for
“Clients Best Interest”. Incorporated in July 1982, CBI, Inc. became
a Grubb & Ellis affiliate in January 2000. Our mission is to provide the best personalized
service in this state, creating value through better management plans and effective
owner communications with the client’s best interest at the forefront. We are a
comprehensive and integrated real estate firm that delivers transaction services,
property management services and strategic planning expertise. We presently manage
a portfolio of 40 properties in our Commercial Management Division, containing approximately
575 tenants and comprising 1.25 million square feet. The properties are a mixture
of neighborhood shopping centers and strip centers, mid-rise office and commercial
buildings. We also manage a residential portfolio of 500+ residential units ranging
from individual units to 48 unit apartment buildings.
CORPORATE CULTURE
Our corporate culture has produced long term employee retention giving Grubb & Ellis|CBI
a very stable environment. This foundation is based on treating each other with
