Current Responsibilities:

Dennis Wiens serves as Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis|CBI (Honolulu), while also providing advisory and brokerage services to clients in the investment services department.

Career Summary:

Wiens began his career in commercial real estate in 1988, gaining vast experience in sales, leasing, and property management in office, retail, and industrial properties.

Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Wiens was President and Principal Broker of Landmark Commercial, and Brokerage Division Manager for Koll Asia Pacific. In these roles, he has completed hundreds of purchase and lease transactions as either a seller, buyer, tenant or landlord representative.
