CAREER SUMMARY
Ed has been in commercial real estate since 1982, after spending eight years in
the accounting profession, three as an internal auditor and five as a controller
for two companies with National ties.
During this time in commercial real estate the focus has been in asset and property
management. Ed has been in charge of three operating companies with portfolios that
include major shopping centers and office buildings, (including St. Francis Medical
Office Building – Liliha and St. Francis Medical Plaza West.) Thus his exposure
to both local and national Lessors and Lesees is broad and varied.
