CAREER SUMMARY
Kent Badham is a family oriented father of 3, who grew up on Oahu. He is a 1986
graduate of Punahou High School, and a 1990 Graduate of Loyola Marymount University.
Although Kent is experienced in many facets of Real Estate including Residential,
Office, and Industrial, his specialty is in Retail. A decade of retail management
experience coupled with being a commercial real estate landlord, Kent is keenly
aware of the needs and goals of both landlords and tenants alike. Kent has been
active in Hawaii real estate for 15 years and in 2005 became licensed as a real
estate salesperson. In 2010 he earned his Hawaii broker’s license. He believes in
treating others as he would like to be treated, and staying focused on the client’s
best interest.
