CAREER SUMMARY
Upon graduation from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a business degree in
management, Reggie embarked on a real estate sales career joining a leading local
residential developer. His tenure there taught him the importance of integrity and
professionalism as the cornerstones to building successful long-term relationships.
In late 1998, he joined CBI, INC. and entered the commercial brokerage arena as
a retail specialist.
The year 2000 brought about an affiliation of CBI, INC. with Grubb & Ellis that
enabled CBI, INC. to enhance its client services and presence in the local marketplace
with G&E’s vast network and resources. It was this affiliation that contributed
to Reggie’s personal success when he closed 2001 as the company’s top broker for
number of units leased and was recognized as one of the top four brokers for gross
commissions earned. Past transactions have involved representation in major regional
and neighborhood strip centers as well as freestanding single user buildings. Currently,
he continues assisting numerous businesses with their real estate acquisition or
disposal needs and strives to exceed their expectations while earning their trust.
