Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Rod was a small business entrepreneur in the hospitality and retail sector. Negotiating leases as a tenant with major landowners as well as being a lessor has given him a unique and invaluable perspective into the Commercial real estate business. Rod’s experience encompasses commercial, industrial, office, retail, multi-TENANT apartments, land and investment properties in both sales and leasing. Over the past several years rod has been involved in commercial real estate transactions in excess of $50 million dollars.
