CAREER SUMMARY

Tess de Jesus joined Grubb & Ellis|CBI, Inc. in March 2011 with over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate encompassing management, sales, and leasing. Tess began her real estate career at KG Hawaii. Some of the most notable developments Tess associated with Oahu’s newest multi-million dollar resort and subdivision, the Ko Olina Resort at Kapolei, Kauai Marriott Hotel and Beach Club, Diamond Resort, Hyatt Regency Waikoloa, and the world famous Grand Wailea Resort on Maui.

Tess prides herself as a dedicated manager and liaison between landlords and tenants. She makes sure her properties runs smoothly. That is why she has high tenant retention at all of her professionally managed properties.

Raised in the State of Hawaii, Tess is an involved member of the community who believes in going “above and beyond” to make sure the Boards’ she serves, the owners’ she represents, and the tenants’ at her properties have the comfort of being satisfied. She is always seeking to achieve the goal of ensuring her clients the best return on their investment.

Currently, Tess oversees a diversified property portfolio that includes retail centers, office buildings, industrial parks and recently added a major health care facility in the state.

With her busy schedule, Tess manages to juggle all of her extremely wide-ranging duties and necessary tasks while maintaining her sense of humor and her composure.

In 2009, Tess won the Property Manager of the Year Award presented by Building Management Hawaii. She also serves on the board of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii (FCCH). Her affiliation with the FCCH has been a significant factor in her building of a long-term partnership with, and service to, the Filipino community. Her educational background is accounting. Tess has held her Hawaii Real Estate License since 1999.
